The "Camshaft Hardening Device" forms a uniform hardened layer on the top and bottom parts, making it less likely to cause cracking due to overheating of the top part or grinding cracks in subsequent processes, while achieving high productivity. By using coils that match the width of the cam, hardening is applied in a way that minimizes temperature differences on the cam surface.
